What is Scottish Rite?
Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Freemasonry (AASR) is an extension of the foundational Masonic degrees, offering Master Masons further education through additional degrees that deepen ethical and philosophical understanding. The AASR emphasizes core values and presents teachings through dramatic rituals, while remaining open and accessible to the public.

How is USC DC Different?
The United Supreme Council, D.C. (USC-DC) stands apart by upholding the principle of “One Person, One Vote.” Every Grand Inspector General, regardless of grade, has a voice and a vote. At USC-DC, decisions are made transparently — no behind-the-scenes deals, just open and honest discussion. While Sovereign Grand Inspectors General vote on elected positions, every Grand Inspector General participates in shaping our processes. But it doesn’t stop there. We believe in investing in the future. Our Sublime Princes of the Royal Secret aren’t just spectators — they’re involved, engaged, and being prepared for leadership. USC-DC is educational, transparent, straightforward, and inviting. We don’t just believe in being present — we believe in being prepared. For more information, PUSH THE BUTTON!
